Today the kids were extremely energetic … and that’s putting it mildly. It’s not easy to get me angry but today they succeeded. I had to ask everything three times or more and still they didn’t listen. My patience was worn out at the end of the day.
Oh well, tomorrow will be better as I told them in no uncertain terms what I expect from them. LOL.
Tomorrow will be a special occasion as we will have our “Annual National Breakfast”. As many kids come to school without eating breakfast our government started a project years ago to get attention to the importance of a good and healthy breakfast. So every year a few hundred schools are chosen to participate and this years it is our turn.
Before school starts we will get loads of bread rolls, fruit, cheese and meat, milk and juices … enough to have a great breakfast with our two hundred pupils. It started today with our Crown Princess Maxima (our future queen) visiting one of the schools and having breakfast with the kids. She told them she has fruit, yogurt and nuts for breakfast. When she asked the girl next to her where you can find vitamins the girls answered, “In pills!”
That just shows you how important these lessons are :)
